let's figure out if i'm the right artist for you!

i'll draw anything except:

payment
i accept payment upfront in USD via PayPal invoice, Ko-fi, CashApp or Venmo!
estimated time of arrival
i'll determine an ETA for you during our initial talks! if i need more time, i'll let you know! due to the hodgepodge variety of artwork i make, i cannot give a general ETA encompassing all the commissions i do.
credit
crediting me for your profile picture or banner is very much appreciated, but optional! that said, all other uses must be properly attributed. to credit me, you can link back to my carrd or any of my social media!
artist use
i reserve all rights to my artwork by default! if you've purchased commercial rights, i won't use it in any capacity other than as a portfolio piece.
refunds
i don't offer refunds once i've started working on your commission, since i tend to finish in one sitting!
revisions
you're welcome to request up to five small changes for free! additional fees apply to major changes (redoing the pose, recoloring major portions, etc) unless you're requesting a correction to a genuine mistake on my part.
alterations
you may not make major edits to my artwork without permission. minor edits (adding a color filter, borders, etc.) are fine!
no NFTs
you may not use my artwork for any projects related to cryptocurrency or the blockchain.

Commercial rights

you may use my artwork for for-profit, commercial or promotional purposes IF AND ONLY IF you have purchased commercial rights.
commercial rights fees are typically two or three times the base price, determined on a case-by-case basis.
examples of commercial use include, but aren't limited to: live-streaming/video assets on a monetized YouTube/Twitch/etc, company logos, profile picture/banner for your company social media, mass-producing merchandise to sell or as part of a promotional campaign.
